Level 6, 1 City Square, Leeds

Scope of Works:

We were appointed by Ardmac to carry out a full internal soft strip of Level 6 of the 11 storey building that was partially occupied throughout our works.

 

Works comprised of the removal and disposal of all floor finishes, suspended ceiling and grid, plasterboard partitions, glazed partitions, wall and floor tiles and block walls to core areas.

 

All materials were removed into the underground storage area before being processed and reloaded into skips located at kerbside by use of a telehandler.

 

All working practices had to be revised and minimal noise activities executed to prevent causing nuisance to the existing tenants.

 

Works were carried out over a two period with an average of 10 - 12 men on site at all times.

 

All works were completed working from 08:00 to 15:00 Monday to Friday.  With work items considered to be noisy were carried out overnight between the hours of 19:00 until 05:00.
