Scope of Works:

We were contracted to complete a “fast track” project to strip out the former store in readiness for it to be converted into a food retail outlet.

 

The project duration overall was just 10 days to remove all internal fixtures and fittings, removal of all floor and ceiling finishes, non-structural walls, all mechanical + electrical installations together with all mechanical air systems.

 

The entire building perimeter was also stripped of all insulation and cladded sheets and the steelwork was adapted in sections to facilitate newly constructed loading bays.

 

Externally all security bollards, footpaths and car park lighting was removed together with the former store entrance canopy.
