Project:

Shankley Hotel, Preston, Lancashire Phase 2

Scope of Works:

To carry out hand demolitions and temporary propping works to sub-basement area of the former Post Office building come hotel.  Works were to break out a section of the concrete reinforced ramp to facilitate a new seating area in what will become the spa and plunge pool areas.

 

Works were also carried out to dismantle the redundant gas boilers and remove from the building by hand method where they were placed within a skip in the compound area.

Programme: We were given a 2 week window in which to complete all works and clearance.
